Job Title: General Farm Worker (Visa Sponsorship Available)

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily animal care: feeding, watering and cleaning and general welfare.
Conduct fieldwork, such as planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops either manually or with machinery.
Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition.
Perform routine farm maintenance, such as fencing, facility cleaning, and minor repairs.
Monitor the condition and health of animals, and report any health problem at earliest.
Collaborate with farm team in carrying out daily operations effectively. The workplace must be cleaned following the health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in farming or agricultural work is an asset but not a requirement; training will be provided.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor under any weather condition.
- Basic knowledge of farm machinery operation is a plus.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and early mornings as needed.
- Good communication skills and willing to follow instructions. Valid international driving license is an added advantage.
