5. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon/spa, including sanitizing equipment, tools, and treatment areas.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized care and ensuring their satisfaction with the services received.
7. Upsell beauty products, treatments, and packages to clients, maximizing revenue opportunities.
8. Attend training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
9. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and disposal of products and adherence to infection control protocols.
10. Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Beautician, preferably in a salon or spa setting.
2. Proficient in a wide range of beauty treatments and techniques, including hairstyling, makeup application, nail care, and skincare.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
4. Strong knowledge of beauty products, brands, and trends.
5. High attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent results.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.
8. A valid work permit or eligibility for visa sponsorship in Canada.
